"The El Paso County is proud to offer an unpaid internship that allows proper exposure to different aspects of forensic pathology and medicolegal death investigation, as well as opportunities for academic development. Applicants must be at least in their third year in college and contact our Chief of Operations (Irene Santiago: [email protected]) with 1) a letter of intent, 2) curriculum vitae, 3) copy of highest level of education degree or unofficial transcripts 4) copy of the DD-214 form, (if prior military) 5) three professional references (no letters of recommendation) and 6) area of interest (select one, morgue or investigations). This office does not have internships for anthropology, odontology or forensic laboratory."
